The hotel is brilliantly situated just a short stroll from Playa Grande and the vibrant main strip with plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the lively atmosphere of Puerto del Carmen during the day or night. additionally, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive.

The pool area was well kept and enjoyable.
The air conditioning in our room did not work at all, making our stay uncomfortable, especially with the humid conditions. We also faced issues with flies and mosquitoes entering the room, which led to numerous bites. the breakfast was a huge letdown. the hot food selection was severely lacking, and the scrambled eggs were undercooked, contributing to our overall disappointment.
